The modern room exuded tranquility, shielded from street noise by effective soundproofing. the property's design and cleanliness were commendable, offering a divine ambiance that elevated the stay. Serena, the receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Her assistance in organizing special celebrations and providing local tips truly enhanced our trip. the spacious room featured original high ceilings with wooden beams, a large and cozy bed, and a hot tub that added a luxurious touch. While the hotel lacks some extravagant amenities like in-room breakfast or aerobics, it compensates with essential services like laundry, shuttle options, and Wi-Fi. the paid shuttle service may deter budget travelers, but for those valuing convenience and comfort, it is a valuable addition. Mirabilis Relais strikes a balance between luxury and value, making it a prudent choice for travelers seeking a refined experience in the heart of Naples.
